In this short inspirational episode, we share a strategy to make sense of and organize all of the things that we do in our life. Often times the levels of stress due to focusing on the wrong things, or taking on too many things, becomes overwhelming. We need a process to bucket the demands others put on us...and the ones we put on ourselves. This episode provides a simple method of bucketing these demands, so that we can focus on the ones that really matter and can make a difference in our lives.
